Andalucía .-
- Land Bailén encompasses production of municipalities of Jaén province near the town of Bailén. The native grape variety par excellence is the milling, which produced wines of various types. Furthermore, Pedro Ximenez is used for whites, pinks and reds for tempranillo and grenache and cabernet sauvignon for reds.
- DO Condado de Huelva encompasses production of municipalities belonging to the region of the Condado (Huelva). Is the origin of so-called Wines of the Discovery of America who left for 'Indies' in 1502. The grape variety is the most abundant white Zalema, plus Palomino list Huelva, Muscat of Alexandria and Pedro Ximenez among others.

- Tierra del Desierto de Almería is located in the desert of the province. They are made with red garnacha, monastrell, cabernet sauvignon and syrah. Born whites of the varieties Chardonnay, Muscat, Macabeo and Sauvignon blanc.
- Land South West Granada includes the production of this area of the province of Granada. Its reds are made with grenache, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, tempranillo, merlot and dog. - Earth-Alpujarra Laujar includes table wines produced in the eastern part of the Alpujarra, Sierra Nevada and the Sierra de Gádor. The varieties used for red ink garnacha, monastrell, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and tempranillo. For white wines are white Jaén, Macabeo, vijiriego, Pedro Ximénez, chardonnay and muscat grain often.
- Land of Palaces comprises the production of several municipalities in the province of Seville in the area of Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaira, Utrera and palaces. Their white wines are made from Airén, sauvignon blanc and Colombard.
OJ-La Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda is the only one that protects the wine Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz). There are white wines produced with the known varieties Palomino de Jerez, Palomino fino, Pedro Ximénez and Muscatel.
- The OJ Moriles define-Montilla wines produced in these two towns in the province of Cordoba. Their white wines are made from Pedro Ximenez grapes, muscat, Airén, verdejo-trivial, and moscatel montepila grain often.
- DO Málaga y Sierras de Málaga covers virtually all the wines produced in the province of Malaga. - Land Torreperogil includes the production of municipalities Úbeda, Torreperojil and in the adjoining province of Jaén. Red wines are produced from grapes grenache, syrah, cabernet sauvignon and tempranillo. The white varieties and white Jaén Pedro Ximénez.

Extremadura .-
DO Ribera del Guadiana, whose headquarters is Almendralejo in the province of Badajoz.
They are made with red wine varieties Garnacha, Tempranillo (red Cencibel or thin), Bobal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Graciano, Mazuelo, merlot, syrah and monastrell. The wines are made with white grapes alarije, Borba (very common in Portugal), Cayetana white pardina, Viura (Macabeo), chardonnay, Chelva (Montu), evaluation of the saints, Malvar, Parellada, Pedro Ximenez and verdejo.

Castilla y León .-

Nine Appellations of Origin:
- OJ Arlanza encompasses the production of the Shire of Arlanza between Burgos and Palencia, ie the middle and lower valleys of the river Arlanza and has its headquarters in the town of Lerma (Burgos). - DO Rueda wine production covers 57 municipalities of Valladolid and Segovia 17 Avila 2. With almost single production of white wine, the grape used is more verdejo alongside sauvignon blanc, Viura (Macabeo or) and Palomino.

Castilla - La Mancha .-

- The OJ Mondéjar producers includes 20 municipalities in the Southwestern province of Guadalajara, is irrigated by the river Tagus depression and has headquarters in the town of Mondéjar (Guadalajara). Its red and rosé wines are made from grapes cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo (Cencibel) and mauve. The white wines are produced from varieties Macabeo and Torrontes.
- The OJ Méntrida covers Northern municipalities of the province of Toledo, watered by the river Alberche and is headquartered in Méntrida (Toledo). Its reds are made from varieties cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah and grenache. The white wines made with sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and Macabeu among others.
- DO Ribera del Jucar lies south of the province of Cuenca, irrigated by the river Jucar and consists of 7 municipalities. Basically developed varieties with red wines cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, tempranillo and Bobal (Cencibel).
- The OJ Uclés covers the area west of the province of Cuenca, and some municipalities of the province of Toledo. The production is mainly based on red varieties cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, grenache and tempranillo (Cencibel).
- The OJ Valdepeñas, in the southern part of the province of Ciudad Real, a great extension. Its red wines are made primarily with tempranillo (Cencibel), with contributions from grenache, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah and petit Verdot. The production target is based on the use of varieties sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, Airén, Verdejo, Macabeo and Muscat grain often.
Galicia .-
- Ribeiro Designation of Origin is the oldest in Galicia. Its production area is located in the westernmost part of the province of Orense, with red wine, pink and white, young, moderately acidic, with combinations of light and very fruity and floral aromas.
- Valdeorras is based on the creation of the white wines and red Godello Mencia and production area in the eastern province of Orense.
- Rías Baixas area of production is in south western province of Pontevedra. Most of their production is white wine from the Albariño variety, although there are other varieties that are obtained with the other quality wines.
- La Ribeira Sacra, named for being on the banks of the rivers Miño and Sil in the area with the greatest number of medieval monasteries and temples. Created some very interesting red wines from grapes Mencia, as well as from the whites and albariño Godello.
- Monterrey is the most recent Designation of Origin from Galicia, includes productions Verín and the municipalities of Monterrey, with good red and white wines.

Cantabria .-
- Costa de Cantabria extends from the Atlantic coastal valleys to the first interior dimensions of approximately 600m. Red wines from local grapes like Hondarrabi beltza verdejo Black and white and based Godello, chardonnay and verdejo.
- Liebana is' capital 'town of Potes, encompassing five locations. Among his red grapes: Mencia, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Merlot and Syrah. Among white: Palomino, Godello, verdejo, Albillo and chardonnay.

Basque Country .-

- Campo de Borja is the wine country that extends from the northwestern province of Zaragoza including 16 municipalities in the natural region of Campo de Borja. Their red varieties cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, tempranillo, grenache and Mazuelo. White varieties Macabeo (Viura), chardonnay and muscat of Alexandria.
- Carignan Denomination of Origin is the largest and most ancient of Aragon, extends south of the Ebro by the so-called Campo de Carignan. Mazuelo inks offers varieties, grenache, tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon. Are among white Macabeo (Viura), white grenache, muscat and parellada.
- Ribera del Jiloca includes towns in the province of Zaragoza and Teruel to the Shire of Jiloca called. Among the varieties are white Macabeo (Viura), white grenache, Alcañón, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer.

Rioja .-
DO Rioja is divided into three zones: Rioja Alta, Rioja Baja and Rioja Alavesa.
The red wines are made with Tempranillo grapes (the majority), Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo. For the white varieties are Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha Blanca.

Catalonia .-
- Alella municipalities including North of Barcelona, in the Maresme region near the Mediterranean. Its production is more characteristic of white wines from white varieties pans (Xarel-lo), sauvignon blanc and chardonnay, either alone or mixed. It also has production of pink and red with fruity tempranillo (ull of llebre).
- Ampurdán, formerly called "Empordà Costa Brava, Ampurias of the population is considered as the entry of the vine by the Greeks. Rosé wines, fresh produce, but also with red varieties Carignan, grenache, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and tempranillo, in addition to white grape white Garnacha, Macabeo and Muscat of Alexandria.
- OJ Catalonia, which was created to dispose of varieties and blends with other grapes, includes 330 municipalities and overlaps with the other ten Appellations of Origin. - Costers del Segre spans the banks of the River Segre in Lleida province. - Montsant spans 16 municipalities in the province of Tarragona, whose production is based on red wine varieties cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, tempranillo (ull of llebre), Grenache and Petit Verdot and others.

- Paarl is situated in the west of the province of Valencia, the area bordering the interior basin and continental climate, and winemaking tradition goes back to the seventh century. It produces red wines, pink, white and champagne. The varieties are cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay, tempranillo, grenache, Bobal, Merseguera, planta nova (native), Macabeo, Sauvignon blanc and pinot noir.
- Valencia. This comprises four sub-OJ: Valentine in the northwest of the province (including Cheste, El Marquesado, Campo de Liria y Los Serranos), Alto Turia andalusia Western Province (including the part bordering the province of Teruel), in Muscat the western outskirts of Valencia capital (from sea level to 100m altitude) and Clariana south of the capital until Játiva and Gandía. Their grapes to produce red garnacha, monastrell, syrah, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and Bobal. Murcia .-
- Bull is situated in the northwestern part of the province of Murcia, in the interior, occupying almost half the length of the province. It produces red, rosé and white wines, from grapes cabernet sauvignon, grenache, merlot, monastrell, tempranillo and syrah for reds, and Macabeo Airén for clear and white.
- Jumilla is a region that covers a town of Murcia, Jumilla it, and six towns in the province of Albacete: Albatana, Fuente Alamo, Hellín, Montealegre del Castillo, and Tobarra Ontur. The main variety is the red grape monastrell, but are also used grenache, grenache blue, Cencibel (tempranillo) and cabernet sauvignon. - Yecla is located in the northeastern province of Murcia with its headquarters in the town of Yecla. - Campo de Cartagena includes Murcian municipalities around the coast or near Cartagena. For the red varieties are bonicaire, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Garnacha blue, crujidera, merlot, syrah and cabernet sauvignon among others. The whites are made with Chardonnay, Malvasia, sauvignon blanc sweet and Moravia among others.

Arganda del Rey, Navalcarnero and San Martín de Valdeiglesias. Young reds, pinks and some whites, are more representative of this region.
